- Dr. (Mrs.) Rashmi Samtani :
(Managing Director and Principal)
Dr. (Mrs.) Rashmi Samtani mastered PhD in Botany from Nagpur University in 1991. The zeal and passion for Travel and Tourism compelled her to startup as a faculty in travel and tourism, to understand the working, the practice as well as the ambiguities of the subject. Travelling across the globe along with her husband Capt. H.T. Samtani, exploring different destinations all over & her passion for Travel & Tourism inspired her to enter the field of Travel & Tourism. She has achieved IATA – UFTAA Standard, Advanced and Consultant Certificates. She has been training students since 1997.

Captain H. T. Samtani, a Master Mariner who took up Sea as a career has been working on high seas since 1975, with wide knowledge of world geography and travel across the globe resulting in discovery of various destinations. He has been in MERCHANT NAVY since last 40 years and is serving as Captain on Merchant Ships for the last 23 years.
He started his career with Shipping Corporation of India continued his sea journey with Arya National Shipping Line (now renamed as IRISL); Wallem Ship Management, Hongkong; Mitsui OSK Lines, Toyko; Anglo Eastern Ship Management, United Ocean Ship Management, Singapore and Wilhelmsen Ship Management. He has served on Car-Carriers, Container Ships, Reefer Ships, Bulk Carriers, and General Cargo Ships.
He has trained many students for Cruise Ship, Aviation & Travel Tourism Industry, who fondly remember and love him for his subject knowledge and involvement. Love and affection of the students as well as the increasing demand of professionals in the industry, made him broaden the field of professional training resulting in the birth of IIFLY. Capt. H.T Samtani is not only a Managing Director of IIFLY Aviation Training Centre but also a mentor/ trainer for students. He moves selectively & meticulously on pre- fixed schedule. Right from designing of the programme till placing of the students is monitored by him. He is a person with immense knowledge & ability. Further learning his lady’s interest in Travel & Tourism not only inspired him to enter the field of Travel & Tourism but also to avail IATA – UFTAA Standard, Advanced, Consultant Certificates. He has also achieved certificate on Professional Skill Instructor, Consultant Instructors Certificate, Management Instructors Certificate and Airline Customer Service.

- (Mrs.) Nisha Deshmukh
Ms. Nisha Deshmukh an Aviation Trainer having more than 5 years of flying and 4 years of training experience in Airline industry. She has served Domestic and International with Jet Airways on various fleets of aircraft including Boeing 777 – World’s largest Boeing aircraft.
Initially started off her career with India’s best Domestic and International Airline “Jet Airways” as a Cabin crew and gradually working her way to In-flight Executive (IFE) with responsibilities of taking pre-flight briefing related to safety, first-aid & service, as well as setting tasks and goals for the flight as per company’s SOP and of course reaching out to their Esteemed guests and spreading “The Joy Of Flying”. Was also one of the youngest IFE’s Jet Airways has ever produced. Has worked on a variety of aircraft namely Boeing 737-400/700/800/900, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 747, Airbus – 340-300,330 and received training for Airbus 380 “World’s Biggest Aircraft”. While with Jet Airways her duties and responsibilities ranged from safety, first aid and services laid down by the company. Also one of the most important responsibility was to cater to individual requirements of the esteemed customers, not only satisfying but delighting them. Got the opportunity to fly fantastic choice of fleet which included A 330-200, A 340-300, and also on Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 747. She has also completed her “First Aid course, Basic Dangerous Goods Regulation training (D.G.R), Crew Resource Management conducted by Jet Airways. Had been rewarded with various appreciation letters from customers for her class apart service and from colleagues and her seniors for her dedication and hard work. Also awarded an appreciation letter by the General Manager In-flight Service for her full hearted contribution towards IOSA audit to make it a success. She had also been a part of various charter flights. She had also been a part of Air shows (Aircraft Exhibitions) in Toulouse, France. Also was a part of interview panel for which she travelled to cities like Pune, Kolkata and Singapore.
She was also working with an aviation institute as an In-flight Trainer. She was responsible for the smooth operation of the branch, to ensure the training methods are at par with the airline standards, to look after the placement of students and set targets for the sales and marketing department.

- Mr. Vivek Bhivandkar
Mr. Vivek Bhivandkar has completed his MBA in Human Resource Management & M.A. (Human Rights). Training being his passion, he has efficiently trained MBA aspirants since last 5 years. He is presently associated with Sikkim Manipal University & IIFLY Aviation Training Centre, Andheri, Mumbai.
He has conducted training on soft skills such as Business Communication Skills (Oral, written, interpersonal) along with technical skills, team building, selling techniques etc to the Sales Representatives & customer service staff of M/s. Venture Business Machines (Authorised Canon Channel Partner) since May 1990.
He has trained the subordinates for M/s Flashprints Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai on technical sales, customer relations and communication aspects. He was employed with M/s. Chowgule Industries Ltd., since 1984 to 1987 and was responsible for orientation and training of new employees, identifying the training needs and priorities associated with technical up-gradation, planning, monitoring and evaluation.

- P. Venkateshwar :
A Post Graduate in Management from IIM-Ahmedabad, with 18 years of post-MBA experience in the fields of business development & marketing of financial products, education research & training. He has been CEO of Yuva Parivartan, a Project of Kherwadi Social Welfare Association (KSWA) for providing vocational training program. As a Vice President he has looked after the new school projects. He has also developed programs/modules related to entrance exams like CAT, CET, SAT, GRE, GMAT & TOEFL.
A designated faculty at Mumbai University for courses in Communication, Perspective Management, Written Analysis of Case studies & Wealth Management. He has trained over 600 faculty members and has gained mastery in Business Development and Marketing functions. In depth knowledge was provided through designing and conducting of training programs/seminars for management and careers.

- Ms. Garima Guchiya :
Ms. Garima Guchiya, one of our Aviation Trainer having more than 7 years of flying experience in Airline. Nationally with JET AIRWAYS and Internationally with EMIRATES on various fleet of aircraft including AIRBUS-380 ‘World’s Biggest Aircraft’.
Initially starting off her career with one of the India’s Best Domestic and International Airline “JET AIRWAYS” as ‘In-Flight Executive (I.F.E) with responsibilities of taking a Pre-Flight briefing related to Safety, First-aid, Services as well as setting tasks and goals for the flight as per Company SOP’s and of-course reaching out to their Esteemed Guests and Spreading “THE JOY OF FLYING”. Has also worked on Classic fleet of Boeing 737-400, as well as on the Next Generation aircraft Boeing 737-700/ 800/ 900 and Airbus A340-400 on International sectors.
She was appointed as Flight Attendant in Business Class with “EMIRATES AIRLINE” with duties and responsibilities ranging from safety, first-aid and services laid down by the company and most importantly catering to individual requirements of our Esteemed Customers, not only satisfying but Delighting them. Has worked on fantastic choice of fleet, including Airbus A330-200, A340-300, A340-500, and also on Boeing 777-200, B777-200LR, B777-300, B777-300ER including ‘World’s Biggest Aircraft AIRBUS A380’. She has also completed her “First Aid Course, Basic Dangerous Goods Regulation Training (D.G.R) and Crew Resource Management Course (C.R.M)” conducted by Emirates Training Centre
She is now training aspiring candidates for Aviation & Hospitality industry at IIFLY Aviation Training Centre.
