1.International Accreditation Forum - Certified Once, Accepted Everywhere

The IAF is the world association of Conformity Assessment Accreditation Bodies and other bodies interested in conformity assessment in the fields of management systems, products, services, personnel and other similar programmes of conformity assessment. Its primary function is to develop a single worldwide program of conformity assessment which reduces risk for business and its customers by assuring them that accredited certificates may be relied upon. Accreditation assures users of the competence and impartiality of the body accredited.

Accreditation reduces risk for business and its customers by assuring them that accredited bodies are competent to carry out the work they undertake. Accreditation bodies which are members of IAF are required to operate at the highest standard and require the bodies they accredit to comply with appropriate international standards. Certificates issued by bodies accredited by members of the IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA) are relied upon all over the world because the MLA assures customers that the certificate is credible.

Accreditation bodies, which have been evaluated by peers as competent, sign arrangements that enhance the acceptance of products and services across national borders, thereby creating a framework to support international trade through the removal of technical barriers. These arrangements are managed by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), in the fields of management systems, products, services, personnel and other similar programmes of conformity assessment

2. UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Services)

To enhance the global value of our certificates, the institute has been certified by GLOBAL GROUP in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. GLOBAL GROUP has in turn been accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) who are members of the IAF (International Accreditation Forum) and signatories to the IAF MLA (Multi lateral Agreements). After a thorough audit and assessments we have been awarded us ISO 9001:2008 which is valid till July 2015, subject to yearly surveillance audits.

Institute of Business And Retail Management (IBRM) has been awarded ISO 9001:2008, in the shape of IMS (Integrated management System) Certification for maintaining their Quality Educational Activities (curricular & co-curricular), Environmental (inside & outside) activities and Occupational Health & Safety issues.

3. DAC (Dubai Accreditation Center)

Dubai Accreditation Centre (DAC), approved under the Dubai Municipality, Govt. of Dubai. Accreditation by DAC is formal recognition that a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) is competent to carry out specific tasks, i.e. specific types of Tests, Calibration Methods, Inspections, or Certification activities. The specific areas of competence are specified in the scope of Accreditation.

DAC Accreditation is granted after detailed assessment of the competence of the CAB staff against defined Technical and Management system criteria. This assessment is conducted by DAC permanent staff in association with external experts, referred to as Technical Assessors, being assessed as per the Technical Standards. External Technical Assessors can be found in the particular field of Technology or Industry; in CABs, manufacturing Companies, Universities, Research Centres and some Governmental Departments.
