It is a gradual process and the results will start showing by the end of every academic year.

For Franchises

Is there a minimum qualification?
Yes. Graduation with background in the field of Education or Training will be preferred.

What is the Initial franchisee fee and Royalty?
Initial Franchise fee will depend on the area you want. Royalty fee amount is 20% of the total fees collected.

What will be the deliverables upon payment of Initial franchisee free?
You will be trained in delivery of curriculum, operations, administration and marketing. The first three onsite trainings and one Marketing visit are free. Refresher trainings are held regularly, which are free of cost. You will be given an Operation Manual that will give you hands-on knowledge on operations. A Franchise Kit will be provided to you at no cost. All other marketing materials are chargeable.

What are the legal formalities involved?
An Agreement will be signed for a period of 6 years.

Is there any minimum number of enrolments per financial term?
Yes. If it is not met, you still have to pay the corresponding Minimum Guarantee Amount.

Do I get to meet other franchises?
Yes. Every year we hold a gathering of Franchisees from all over the country. This is over and above the term trainings we conduct for franchises.

How do I ensure integrity and copyrights of my staff?
You will be given necessary guidelines and templates of Non Disclosure Agreements that you need to get signed by your staff.
