One Project has to undertaken by every students and a related projects report has to be submitted by the end of June.
Concepts and scope, Project Identification and Evaluation. Project Planning, Appraisal and reports Computers software relevant to project Management & Excel/Budget and Cash Flows.
Cost Benefits Analysis Sensitivity and risk Analysis, Operation Research Techniques such as programming, Assignment Simulation, Forecasting, Decision Making, Decision Trees, PERT & CPM Network Analysis. Financial Analysis and Project Management.

One Year and three months course, Project Management is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi.

Course Objective: Masters in Project Management is a rigorous programme to enhance the corporate capabilities of future managers who should be able to undertake the responsibility of fast track growth-paths. This will also provide the perfect solutions which the future managers and corporate might implement to educate the future leaders of the industry. The course content is so designed that it leads to a focused through goal specific methodologies required in this era of globalization.

Course Outline: The course is rigorous and exhaustive. This course will be of two semesters, each semester will be of approximately of 15 weeks duration where in each week there will be minimum 40 hours class room teaching and Project/Assignment presentation.
Each Semester will cover four papers the first semester will provide the rigours foundation for Industry specific contents and topics to be undertaken during the second semester. The second semester will also have four papers based on the specialized Industry during specific requirements and specializations.
Semester End Examinations will be during the last week of October and March. There will be five lectures in each week .Each lecture will be of 2 hours and 30min duration.
The industry Internship will be during the months of April, May and June.

Timings:Saturday 2:30pm to 7:30pm
Sunday 9:30am to 1:30pm & 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Admission Procedure: Students can apply for admission for this course by filling and submitting the along with the form fees. The admission application form is available at the Institute’s office between 10 am to 4 pm every day (except Sunday)
Students will be required to appear for Personal Interview (PI).
