Ms. Swati Salunkhe - Managing Director

A renowned Career Counselor with more than a decade of counseling experience. She is also a part of the Education Committee of the Maharashtra Economic Development Council [MEDC]. She is an Associate trainer with 6 Seconds, USA for Emotional Intelligence and also a qualified MBTI practitioner – which is a personality test.

The need for a place to offer vocational guidance, career information and analysis, prompted her start Growth Center (I) Pvt. Ltd. offering services like Vocational Guidance, Personal Counselling, Counselling & Coaching for Education Abroad, Conducting career seminars & Workshops. Her vast experience and knowledge about careers, have benefited many students.

She is a career columnist for Times of India, Maharashtra Times, Myeducationtimes.com and idiva.com. along with these she has been regularly contributing to various publications such as Education Times, Hindustan Times, Sakal, Indian Express, Chitralekha, Samna, Tanishka magazine, Midday, on topics relating to careers & youth. She is regularly interviewed for ETV’s career related programme called ‘Yuva Bharat’ aired on all the 13 regional channels of ETV. She has been interviewed on the Television & the Radio Channels on various programmes related to career.

She has conducted workshops on Communication Skills, Personality Development, Time Management, and Role Effectiveness and so on. She also has conducted various career forums for schools and colleges and help thousands of students to realize their dreams.

Ms. Suchitra Surve - Director

She holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She has specialized in HR; also holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Career Counselling. She is also a qualified MBTI practitioner [a personality test] and a Certified Psychometrician & Assessor.

She writes regularly for weekly column oriented towards career & youth is published in Maharashtra Times, ‘PragatiFast’ a monthly magazine related to careers [a Maharashtra Times supplement] and Afternoon Newspaper to solve career queries of readers printed every Wednesday. More than 10 years in the field has given her an understanding not only about studies in India but also for various countries such as USA, UK, Australia & Singapore.

She has been a Panelist for selection of MBA aspirants for Saurashtra University and also judged Inter College Debate competitions at SNDT Women’s University. She is regularly interviewed for Etv’s career related programme called ‘Yuva Bharat’ aired on all the 13 regional channels of ETv. Her forte is in guiding students for Group Discussion & Personal Interview and Resume Writing. She has also conducted workshops for Teachers and Students on Personal Effectiveness, Creativity Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management, and so on.
