It requires new ways of thinking about things that have become routine and comfortable. And that’s why, FLAME School of Business has not only embraced it, it is also striving to become it. We are doing this with new ideas, with innovative and timely programs. Programs that give students the insights and skills that enable them to lead, think strategically and manage change. Because, when it comes to change, you can either create it, or be swept away by it.

FLAME School of Business is rooted in liberal education. It’s anchored in knowledge. It’s a leap towards tomorrow. Because we understand that today, change is all around us. What once was a comfortable rate of change has now become fast-paced. Our program offers a curriculum that is tailored for the ever evolving, constantly changing globalized business environment of today. Throughout the program, students develop the fundamental skills and knowledge that managers need to lead complex organizations. The programs offered by the school cover all the areas in management sciences such as marketing, finance, accounting, organizational behavior, business policy and strategy, operations management as well as areas in humanities, social sciences, foreign languages, creative arts and sports for a well-rounded and holistic development of the students.

FLAME School of Business strives to kindle curious young minds with knowledge. We encourage them to challenge the status quo and to create the sprit of inquiry. We push them to generate free exchange of thoughts and ideas. We aim to make them unafraid to apply their knowledge to every aspect of their field. We inculcate in them, an awareness that responsibility and accountability are two sides of the coin called freedom. We offer a platform for research in various field and aim to improve the quality of education by promoting Faculty Development Programs.

FLAME School of Business is a two year AICTE approved PGDM program. It is headed by Prof. D.S. Rao as its Dean and draws its faculty – full-time, part-time and visiting – from among the best professionals – national as well as international – in their respective fields.
