Candidates should have completed their bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% in aggregate at the degree level from a university / institution recognized by the UGC or its equivalent. Those in their final year can also apply provided they would be completing their final degree examination before May 30 and should produce their final certificate / mark sheet before September 30.

While selecting students, we look for certain specific qualities.

• Motivation level

• Ability to work in a group

• Ability to spot opportunities and convert them into results through an optimal plan

• The ability to observe, identify and understand complex forces operating in the Universe and human society

• Sense of vision and purpose that allows thought beyond the known

FLAME School of Business has a rigorous selection process that is designed to ensure that students who have the ability to explore and achieve, succeed.

Candidates applying to the FLAME School of Business will have to appear for CAT conducted by IIMs and / or other national level tests, CMAT, XAT, MAT, JMET & ATMA.

Our Institute uses CAT for short-listing the candidates for our Post-graduate Programmes in Management. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.

Apart from the scores of the above mentioned tests, the selection will be through a comprehensive admission process that consists of an internally designed admission assessment, application rating, personality test, group discussion and personal interview.
