Prof. Indira Parikh - Founder President, FLAME
Prof. Indira Parikh is the Founder President of FLAME. Previously, she was the Dean of IIM-Ahmedabad from 2002 to 2005. She was a faculty member at IIM-Ahmedabad for over 30 years. She has also taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau and Texas A&M University. She has specialized in organization development and design, and institution building. She has designed and offered management development programs for managerial role effectiveness, issues of roles and identity, and stress and self-renewal for men and women in organizations. She has been a consultant to various national and international organizations both in private and public sector. Prof. Indira Parikh is also on the board of several companies.
Nemish Shah - Founder Director, FLAME
Nemish Shah is the Founder Director of FLAME. He is also the co-Founder Director of ENAM group. He co-promoted ENAM Securities Private Limited in 1991, which is now one of India's most respected brokerage houses. He pioneered research based investments in India and is a highly respected name in the investment community. His passion for education and desire for philanthropy led him to co-found FLAME along with Mr. Parag Shah.
Parag Shah - Former Founder Chairman, FLAME
Parag Shah is the Founder Chairman of FLAME. His passion for education led him to teaching and founding FLAME. Previously, he has taught Visual Communication (Photography) at the undergraduate level, and Marketing at IMDR and Symbiosis, to MBA students. He began his entrepreneurial journey with a chain of photo-finishing labs, and then went to vending, real estate development and motion control technology.
Vallabh Bhanshali - Founder Director, FLAME
Vallabh Bhanshali is the Founder Director of FLAME. He is a leading investment banker, investor, venture capitalist and Capital Markets expert of the country. He is the co-Founder and Chairman of ENAM group. He is a Trustee of the Bombay Stock Exchange and serves on various Committees of the Stock Exchange, SEBI and other bodies. A person with diversified interests, Mr. Bhanshali has lectured throughout his career and conducted professional level seminars in the behavioural field and published several articles in professional and other magazines. Mr. Bhanshali has a degree in law and is also a Chartered Accountant.
Anil Singhvi - Founder Director, FLAME
Anil Singhvi is the Founder Director of FLAME. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Gujarat Ambuja Cements who oversaw Holcim's takeover of ACC and Gujarat Ambuja. He had a two year stint with Anil Ambani Group where he was spearheading their cement foray. Mr. Singhvi now runs Ican Investment Advisors, the Indian advisory arm of Swiss asset management company Notz Stucki.
