OUR PROGRAMS:

We can tailor this to your needs: whether you choose to go solo or workout in a group or make it a part of your office corporate fitness training. We also specialize in personalized fitness workshops and kiddies fitness camps & corporate boot-camp.

Fighting Fit

Plunge into a 5 year minimum intense training program in which you will achieve a Black Belt in either Karate or Jiu Jitsu or Kobudo.

Fight Club (Seniors)

Learn to fight not only your opponent but also your fear. Kick some butt, learn proper basics of sparring, test your skills with 2min. rounds of State supervised sparring.

Beach Fitness

Some speed, some strength, some sun.. some fun. A program that makes getting fit a unique experience of fun and fresh air.

Kick Ass

Do you feel that the city is becoming unsafe? In this specially designed crash course. we can teach you some neat moves that will help you defend your self.

Build confidence and gain strength in kind and body.

Yoga/Power Yoga

Incorporate the ancient art of yogi's as way to cope with and balance out your otherwise hectic life. we believe that yoga is not an excuse to take a break but rather an excellent way to recoup your energy so that you go back to your routine rejuvenated.

X-TREME Fitness Kickboxing

and punch your way into a faster tone up / weight loss. Designed to be a non contact class, this is a total body workout that combines yoga stretches and calisthenics with traditional martial art techniques. It is designed to be high energy, exciting & motivating.

Know your body & use its weight to master techniques for maximum benefit.

Weekend Warrior Training

A 2 hour intense fitness training that will happen at your convenience on a Saturday/Sunday & will make up the no exercise week or, if you want to add to your regular training.

 

Dance Aerobics:

Have fun, move to the music, dance, while you work at expending those calories.

Aerobics involves exercising large/specific muscle groups for continuous period of time, a sure & effective way to burn excess calories and lose weight.

Plus it is great way to healthy heart & lungs and long happy life.

 

Weight Training:
