Application & Admission Process

Application Process

Candidates interested in applying for courses at The Athena School of Management can contact our admissions team. Our career counsellors will guide the applicants through the entire process.

On receiving an inquiry, our admissions team will request the candidate to fill and submit an Application Form. The Application Form shall be thoroughly scrutinised by our admissions team, who will check for the eligibility of the candidate. Admissions to our courses are based on a detailed evaluation process meant to evaluate the suitability of the candidate for a particular programme.

Admission Process

Once the candidate completes the Admission Process, an admission notice is given to the accepted candidates. This will also be verbally communicated to the candidate. Accepted Candidates are then given a Provisional Letter of Admissions, subject to them completing the Admission & Joining Formalities within 10 working days of receiving this Provisional Letter of Admission.

On completion of the Admissions & Joining Formalities, the Candidates are presented with an Official Letter of Admission to the selected course.

Dates & Deadlines

Please note that applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis.Given the large number of applications, the applications received earlier would have a better chance of being accepted. Hence, Candidates are requested to submit their applications and begin the application process at the earliest. Submissions of applications after the ‘receipt deadline’ will be evaluated and accepted on a case to case basis.

Non Admissions

It is our earnest endeavour to encourage the hopes and aspirations of all the candidates who apply for a place on our courses. However, due to the intense demand for the Athena Courses and the limited number of seats available per course, it is not possible to offer a place to all applicants. The decision of the Admissions Team with regards to the candidates’ admissions to our courses is final and they will not be in a position to answer queries with regards to their decisions.
