Abhishek is an erstwhile professional banker having extensive exposure in the sectors of Real Estate, Information Technology, Life Sciences and Education wherein he has worked with clients across various sizes (star-ups to large MNCs) and sub-segments to provide diverse financial and strategic solutions across debt/ equity/ hybrid medians.

Since 2009 Abhishek has dawn on the role of a serial entrepreneur where he has founded CDAN (now re-branded as Aroha Academy - Test Preparation Services) and Bricks & Bonds.

His strong business acumen coupled with the ability to plan and execute a wide range of strategies to further business objectives has proved decisive for growth of the organizations he has founded. He possesses a clear vision of success with an aptitude to establish and achieve goals.

Abhishek is an alumni of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (MMS – Finance) and Narsee Monjee, Mumbai and has worked with corporates like American Express Bank, EXL Service, Accenture and YES Bank.

Dr. Medha Saykhedkar, Director –R&D and Operations

Medha holds a Ph.D in Political science from University of Pune. In a distinguished career in academia she has proven expertise in International Relations, Political Theory, Organization, Political Thought, Human Rights and Current Affairs. Associated with many institutes which offer courses in Management & Journalism, she is a regular on the seminar circuit and is consulted by many institutes on issues related to research and faculty development. Her strong inter-disciplinary approach & analytical skills along with a rich and diverse teaching experience prove immensely beneficial in executing her vision to deliver maximum success to aspirants of civil services. She brings on board over fifteen years of academic expertise coupled with robust administrative experience and strong people management skills.

Her excellent orientation in interpersonal skills and her experience as a soft skills trainer add value to her role as a motivator for the students; while her extensive know how in conducting mock interviews is put to use while preparing the students to face interviews. She believes in keeping up an inquisitive and explorative attitude that leads to a constant learning process.
