Ms. Anuradha Ramachandran has been involved in the field of education for more than 25 years. Her key interest lies in curriculum building and in creating effective training methodologies for the development of good professional skills.

Ms.Ramachandran has used her experience as a language and communication skills trainer to evolve job oriented courses in Avigna Learning Academy and ensures that all candidates that pass out of this Institute are job-ready.

Ms.Ramachandran has a post graduate degree in English and French from Delhi and Bangalore University, India and is a certified Soft Skills trainer from Carlton Management Institute, USA.

Mr. Shaji Paulose, M.Pharm

Shaji Paulose is the creative mind behind Avigna Clinical Research Institute. His forte is Operations and Delivery Management.

Mr. Paulose heads the Formulation Development Department of Stellence Pharmscience Limited. He is currently pioneering Patented Delivering System/Mechanism for number of pharmaceutical compounds. Mr. Paulose has more than 7 years of remarkable Industrial exposure in the field of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Formulation Development and Analytical Method Development, Pre-Clinical studies, Clinical Research and Quality Assurance.

In addition, Mr Paulose has had a notable experience in setting up an academic institution as per the Pharmacy Council of India Standards. He has been vastly instrumental in securing the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) approval for Madras College of Pharmacy (MCP), Chennai during his stint as a Principal at MCP. Moreover, during his tenure he has played a prominent role in establishing exciting careers for more than 80% of the passed out students through innovative placement programmes. Mr. Paulose had earlier worked with ICC, New Delhi for more than 4 years as a programme coordinator in the field of social welfare and personality development. His diverse experience in academics and industry is instrumental in the formation of ACRI.

One of his notable contributions to the Clinical Research education field was the setting up of Focus Institute of Clinical Research (FICR), Malleswaram, Bangalore He was behind its origin, inception and its transformation into a Pan India Clinical Research institute. He is a GATE scholar with an all India rank of 181 and holds a Masters degree in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

Mr. Raja chandran, MBA-Marketing & Finance

Mr. Raja Chandran has a Dual MBA (Marketing & Finance) from IMI, Belgium. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of Marketing & Finance.

Mr.Raja Chandran’s objective at ACRI is to source the best possible talents from Institutes all over India, get them to train at ACRI and then supply these well trained, professionally groomed individuals to the Clinical Research Industry.

Mr. Raja Chandran carries with him, the expertise he gained through his earlier stint in Ernst & Young as a transfer pricing specialist. He has the unique advantage of possessing a synergy of Finance and Marketing knowledge, a key attribute for the continuing success of Avigna Clinical Research institute.

Prior to joining ACRI, Mr Raja Chandran spearheaded the business development of Focus Institute of Clinical Research (FICR), Bangalore where he achieved phenomenal marketing success. This success was achieved due to his immense strengths: Designing, Planning & implementation of marketing strategies.
Dr. Smitha Singh, BDS., PGDCR

Dr Singh has done her Bachelors of Dental surgery from Christian Medical College (C.M.C), Ludhiana. She has more than five years of experience in clinical dentistry and worked as a lecturer in the Bangalore Institute of Dental Sciences and Research center.

Dr Singh has remarkable experience in working with large hospitals like Christian Medical College and other leading research institutions in India and has excellent knowledge in Clinical trials, phases of clinical trial, IND, NDA and Protocol writing She has phenomenal technical knowledge on GCP and ICH guidelines and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.

Dr Singh has done her PG Diploma in Clinical Research and Clinical Data Management from Karnataka state Open University with distinction and also been trained on PG Diploma in Clinical Research, Data Management and Regulatory Affairs from Industry experts at Clinotek Research Center, Bangalore. Dr Singh has been voted the best trainer of the year, by her students at ACRI
Mr. Solomon Raj

Mr. Solomon has a total of 12 years of rich experience in varied domain including Banking, Finance and Marketing. He has led and managed various global and regional multinational projects, Including services of Investment Banking and treasury & security services for world’s leading bank including Citibank and J.P. Morgan.

He is an astute and result oriented professional, who had executed strategic projects and migration from International market to India with clinical precision.
Mr. Solomon has been awarded the best peoples manager twice; additionally he is a certified SAP consultant.

His excellent people management skill coupled with networking and entrepreneurship outlook shall surely help the placement division in placing the candidate in top notch companies.
