Around one third of Faculty members are doctorates, and many others are pursuing their doctorates. Quite many of the faculty members have received their education from premier institutes of management and have rich practical experience in management and in teaching. The faculty avails of continuous training in their subjects, in the methods to ensure learning, in research skills, and is strongly encouraged to engage with industry.

Many of our committed and enthusiastic faculty are expert practitioners as well as leading academics, and often combine teaching with work at the cutting-edge of their fields of expertise. Several are engaged in interests of national and international importance, such as advising government and undertaking economic consultancy. As acclaimed specialists in their fields, our academics are also frequently called upon to provide expert opinion. Prof. Subir Guha, B.E., PGCGM from IIM(C)
Prof. Subir Guha has got more than 35 years of corporate consultancy and teaching experience at top corporates including Paharpur Industries as Sr.General Manager; Usha Martin as General Manager and also at other leading organizations like Metal Box, Mahindra & Mahindra, etc.
Marketing is his area of interest. He has been teaching Marketing Management, SCM, Logistics, Consumer Behaviour and retail at ACCMAN Institute of Management.

Prof. Amitabh Bhaduri,B.E., PGDM from IIM(A)
Prof. Amitabh Bhaduri has more than 25 years of rich corporate experience. He was General Manager (Marketing) with Tata Consulting Engineers (TCS), Vice President with Polar Industries, and held senior positions in Uptron, Arvind Mills, Eicher Tractors, etc.
He has got teaching experience at IMT Ghaziabad and other reputed Institutes.
Prof. Bhaduri is teaching Integrated Marketing Communication, Product & Brand Development at ACCMAN Institute of Management.

Prof. (Dr.) D.S. Narban,

An accomplished and highly qualified faculty, Prof.(Dr.) D.S. Narban is the Director of the Institute.
His forty years of meritorious experience spreads over premier organizations in the field of Aviation, Research & Development, and Academics. He has chaired technical sessions in international summits. He held the position of Dy. Director at Amity University prior to joining ACCMAN Institute of Management.
His teaching interests are in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Performance Management System, Human Resource Development and Employee Relationship Management.

Prof. (Dr.) Asha Jain,
Ph.D., D.Lit., B.Sc., MBA
Prof. (Dr.) Asha Jain is a very senior and renowned faculty having rich experience of more than three decades in management teaching.
She is a Certified Trainer from City & Guild, London and has guided 4 Ph.D Projects. She has got 18 publications to her credit and presented 12 papers in national conferences.
Prof. (Dr.) Asha Jain teaches Business Communication and Marketing Management at ACCMAN Institute of Management.

Prof. Denesh Singh,Chartered Accountant
A qualified FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Prof. Denesh Singh has been senior auditor of leading corporates and Government Undertakings, viz. Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO), UTI Bank, HUDCO (U.P.), Jal Vidyut Nigam, and UPDASP (a World Bank Aided Project).
With his rich practical experience he has been integrating knowledge and practice to the students of ACCMAN and teaching Management Accounting & Control, Legal Aspects of Business and Financial Accounting subjects at ACCMAN Institute of Management.

Prof. R.K. Gupta, B.E.(Hons) from BITS Pilani, MBA from FMS, Delhi
Prof. R.K. Gupta has rich and indepth experience having worked with banks for more than 36 years. He was the General Manager of Punjab National Bank and has been looking after the portfolio of Credit Appraisal, Risk Management, International Banking, Foreign Exchange, Business Development and Control functions.
With his rich experience with PNB in various positions, he has decided to transform knowledge to the management students. Teaching is his passion.
He is teaching Risk Management Practices, International Banking, Credit Operations, Project Finance & Management, Investment Banking, etc. at ACCMAN Institute of Management.
